Ayurveda, the 5,ooo year old science from India offers a natural way to achieve wellness and joy. Discover your unique constitution and learn more about who you truly are and what you personally need to develop inner energy and achieve balance in body, mind and spirit. In session one you will learn about three biological humors or energies known as Doshas – Vata, Pitta and Kapha – that govern your body seasons, and time of day. Leave with an understanding of lifestyle and dietary choices that are specific to your well being. Session 2 continues with information about the key role digestion and the relationship between food and spices that affects your health. Following session 2 Divine Sleep®Yoga Nidra is offered and is an opportunity to rest and receive the benefits of guided meditation. All you need to do is lie down and relax. The workshops takes place on the banks of beautiful Lake George .

12:00 to 2:00 Lunch* and Free Time on the Lake
2:00 to 3:30 Session 2 – Digestion and the Role of Culinary Spices
3:30 to 4:30 Divine Sleep®Yoga Nidra
Cost: $10 program fee to Wiawaka (free for overnight guests or Platinum pass holders)
