Ayurveda, the 5,000 year old science of medicine from India, offers a natural way to achieve wellness and joy. According to Ayurvedic principles, each of us has a unique constitution governed by our physical and emotional makeup, as well as our lifestyle—the foods we eat, what time we go to sleep. Doshas, are principles in nature, linked to the elements, and primary life energies in the body. Balancing them can alleviate health issues such as stress, weight gain, inflammation, insomnia, bloating, digestion and more. You will be introduced to this system of health that offers a way to learn more about who you truly are and what you personally need.
