Alzheimer’s disease is on the rise and reaching epidemic numbers. Based on the findings of the Alzheimer’s Research & Prevention Foundation for over 20 years, this workshop delves in the 4 Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention. Topics include why it affects women more than men, how food is related to memory, and the positive effects of socialization. If you are interested in preventing and effectively treating this disease and are willing to explore the research, lifestyle, diet, vitamins, stress reduction strategies and more, then this retreat is for you.

Room and Board: $310.00. Meals include dinner the day of your arrival and breakfast the day of your departure. There is an additional cost for lunch on Thursday if you wish to stay.
