Divine Sleep®Yoga Nidra

The Sanskrit words for Yogic Sleep or dynamic sleep, yoga nidra is a powerful technique in which one learns to relax consciously. The practice is relaxing and energizing, having the power to transform us at deep levels to become more of who we are, and live life from an awareness of our true Self with clarity, purpose and meditation. It is one of the deepest of all meditations, and an inviting practice for anyone regardless of age. All that is required is to do is to lie down and listen. This workshop includes information on Divine Sleep®Yoga Nidra, the koshas (our energy levels or sheaths), and a guided yoga nidra experience. A yoga mat, blanket, pillows for comfort if needed as we will be lying on the floor. If you prefer to be seated, this can be arranged.
Cost for this class is $10 to include it with a day pass it is $20. Overnight and Platinum Pass holders pay $10.
